<p> </p></div><h3>About the role</h3>
<div>We are looking for a detail‑oriented and proactive <strong>Assistant Management Accountant</strong> to support financial operations across the DACH and Sweden regions. This role will work closely with the Regional Finance Manager and cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate reporting, compliance, and smooth financial processes.</div>
<div>
<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li><span data-contrast="none"> Preparing monthly reports, primarily for DACH and Sweden regions, with supporting records including balance sheet reconciliations</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none"> Provide support on explaining monthly trading performance and make recommendations on closing adjustments in conjunction with regional FM</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Develop understanding of SalesForce and Kantata platforms to ensure monthly revenue recognition and billing is recorded accurately</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none"> Produce and file monthly sales tax returns</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none"> Support the financial statement preparation and audit process</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none"> Review and approve expenses</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none"> Produce monthly bank reconciliations in MS Dynamics</span></li>
<li>Work collaboratively with the AP/AR team to ensure:</li>
<li><span data-contrast="none"> Customer invoices are produced and issued in line with group policy</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none"> Vendor invoices are processed, coded and approved in line with group policy</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Customer and Vendor payments are posted, matched and reconciled</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Provide support with credit control, where required</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Raise/approve payments on the banking, where required</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks where required</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></li>
</ul>
<h3>Key Skills & Qualifications</h3>
<ul>
<li>Fluency in <strong>German and English</strong> (written and spoken).</li>
<li>
<div>Part-qualified or newly qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent preferred)</div>
</li>
<li>
<div>Experience in month-end close and financial reporting</div>
</li>
<li>
<div>Experience with <strong>Microsoft Dynamics</strong> (preferred)</div>
</li>
<li>
<div>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</div>
</li>
<li>
<div>High level of attention to detail and accuracy</div>
</li>
<li>
<div>Ability to work independently and collaboratively</div>
</li>
<li>
<div>Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field</div>
</li>
</ul>
<h3>Nice to have</h3>

<ul>
<li>Experience working across <strong>multiple regions (DACH / Nordics)</strong></li>
<li>Familiarity with Salesforce and Kantata is a plus</li>
