Job Description:
- To manage a central database of contracts and documents for Finance Department
- To maintain filing system to facilitate traceability of documents
- Maintain and update the Department Operations Manual (ISO compliance)
- Monitor and track the progress of contract signing and timely renewal of contracts
- Drive the process management improvements, including leading the implementation of contract management standardisation and/or digitalisation initiatives.
- Engage proactively with various internal stakeholders to support business objectives
- Adhoc assignments
Requirements:
- Degree in Business, Business Admin, Law, Finance, Accounting, Commerce or other relevant or related fields
- Minimum 4 years working experience
- Good interpersonal, analytical and presentation skills.
- Background in contract management activities, covering areas such as tenancy agreements, procurement, vendor contracts, or related legal/administrative functions.
- Experience in ISO compliance or project management are added advantage
