Assistant Manager AV Engineering (Convention) | AYANA BALI

We are looking for a Assistant Manager Engineering who is highly motivated to work with our Engineering team at the finest 5-star luxury resort in Bali.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operations and offer suggestions for improvement
• Configure and maintain network-based AV systems
• Inspect inventory and reorder materials and technical components
• Support troubleshooting during live events or critical operations
• Maintain records and assist to complete request from guest with system provide by the management
• Coordinate with vendors, and operational teams

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience in the same position in a large luxury resort.
• Solid understanding of AV signal flow, system integration, and troubleshooting
• Strong technical skills in Audio Visual systems
• Familiar with network devices such as managed switches, routers, and access points
• Good knowledge of IT fundamentals, especially IP networking, experience with AV over IP systems
• Has strong follow-up skills, great sense or urgency to prioritize work and perform well under pressure.
• Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with vendors, and operational teams
• Ability to collaborate and remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering or other relevant fields
