Assistant Manager - Operational Readiness

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Manager - Operational Readiness to join our team. This role is integral to ensuring that all operational aspects of our projects are thoroughly prepared for successful launches and ongoing excellence. Working closely with leadership and various internal teams, you will help ensure operational readiness aligns with Qiddiya’s commitment to world-class entertainment and leisure experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing operational readiness plans for new and existing projects.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather operational requirements and ensure readiness standards are met.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks during project readiness phases.
• Support training and development initiatives to equip staff with necessary skills and knowledge.
• Monitor and report on operational performance metrics to inform continuous improvement efforts.
• Foster strong collaboration and communication among stakeholders to maintain alignment on operational goals.
• Promote a culture focused on exceptional guest experience and operational excellence.

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Operations Management, or related field.

· Minimum of 3 years’ experience in operational readiness, project management, or related roles within hospitality, entertainment, or leisure industries.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across teams.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.

· Proven record of delivering process improvements and maintaining high operational standards.

· Knowledge of the Saudi Arabian entertainment sector and cultural environment is advantageous.

· Proactive, team-oriented, and committed to driving excellence in all aspects of operational readiness.
