About the role
Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a results-oriented Assistant Manager for our Strategy Delivery Office. This role is integral to the successful execution of our strategic initiatives, ensuring that all projects align with Qiddiya’s vision and contribute to the transformation of Saudi Arabia's entertainment and cultural landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the implementation and delivery of strategic projects and initiatives across Qiddiya.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment on strategic goals and objectives.
- Develop and track project plans, timelines, and resources to ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives.
- Monitor project performance and adjust plans as necessary to meet changing needs and priorities.
- Prepare regular updates and reports for senior management and stakeholders on project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate strategy meetings and workshops to foster collaboration and idea generation among teams.
- Utilize project management tools and methodologies to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in the delivery process.
- Act as a key point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 6+ years of experience in project management, strategy delivery, or similar roles, preferably in the entertainment or tourism sectors.
