About the role
<p>We’re seeking an avid music follower with a proficient understanding of domestic and international music with specific inclination towards international music. You will be expected to extend our reach and visibility in the Indian market by helping get our International & Domestic Pop, Indie and Bollywood content achieve the highest visibility across streaming platforms. You should relate to the music scene in India and ideally you are outwardly focused, and skilled at managing relationships. You will be joining a team of like-minded go-getters and will use initiative and take the lead in helping build the digital business for Sony Music in India and its partners.</p>

<h2><strong>What you'll do:</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>Maintain and aggressively grow market share across different audio streaming platforms by securing premium editorial placement and marketing support.</li>
<li>Craft and deliver compelling pitches for new releases. You’ll use your genre expertise and a natural flair for persuasion to ensure our tracks land in the right playlists at the right time.</li>
<li>Build, nurture, and sustain strong partnerships with editorial and partner teams at all DSPs. You are the face of our repertoire to the digital world.</li>
<li>Monitor performance metrics and maintain constant feedback loops with internal repertoire teams to optimize current and future campaigns.</li>
<li>Assist the internal ‘International Music’ team as well as the internal ‘Pop teams’ with marketing ideas rooted in consumer insight.</li>

<h2 class="iCIMS_InfoMsg iCIMS_InfoField_Job"><strong>Who you are:</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li><strong>Previous Experience: </strong>2-4 years of relevant experience.</li>
<li><strong>Education: </strong>Bachelor’s degree.</li>
<li><strong>Skills: </strong>Proficiency in data analytics, Digital Marketing and campaign management, Strong presentation & account management skills,<strong> </strong>Ability to be persistent, detail-oriented and welcome failure, Proficiency with understanding data and trends, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Strong interpersonal and relationship skills.</li>
<li><strong>Interests: </strong>Passionate for International & Domestic music, inherent understanding of digital media.</li>
