We are expanding our team in order to deliver the best-in-market engagement and products for our growing community.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><br><strong>Job Description</strong></p> <ul> <li>Inventory &amp; Process Management <ul> <li>Inventory Control: Oversee end-to-end inventory management to ensure accuracy and optimal stock levels across multiple nodes.</li> <li>Systems Management: Operate and monitor ERP and WMS systems to ensure data integrity between physical stock and digital records.</li> <li>Process Optimisation: Continuously evaluate and refine logistics workflows to reduce lead times and operational costs.</li> <li>Customs Compliance: Knowledge with export customs.</li> </ul> </li> <li>Partner &amp; Vendor Management <ul> <li>3PL Coaching: Onboard, train, and coach third-party logistics (3PL) providers specifically on Casetify’s unique logistics processes and quality standards.</li> <li>Resource Sourcing: Leverage existing networks and identify new E-commerce service providers to scale our global footprint.</li> <li>Supplier Training: Assign tasks and provide structured training to third-party suppliers to ensure KPIs and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are consistently met.</li> </ul> </li> <li>Data &amp; Analysis <ul> <li>Data Management: Utilize advanced Excel skills and system-generated reports to analyze logistics data, identifying bottlenecks and forecasting future resource needs.</li> <li>Reporting: Create clear, actionable reports on logistics performance and cost-efficiency.</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p><br><strong>Requirement</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor degree with major in logistics, supply chain management, International Trade/Business, Industrial Engineering is preferred.</li> <li>Experience: Proven experience in logistics management, preferably within the E-commerce or consumer electronics sector. 5+ years working experience in supply chain or logistics is preferred.</li> <li>Technical Skills:&nbsp; <ul> <li>Strong working knowledge of ERP and WMS&nbsp;</li> <li>Excel Expert: Expert-level Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) and strong data management capabilities.</li> <li>Compliance: Deep understanding of logistics processes and customs declaration procedures.</li> </ul> </li> <li>Communication:&nbsp; <ul> <li>Native or professional fluency in English and Mandarin (written and verbal) is essential for coordinating with global teams and regional suppliers.&nbsp;</li> </ul> </li> <li>Soft Skills: <ul> <li>Problem-Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot issues under pressure and "act fast" to mitigate delays.</li> <li>Attitude: A highly collaborative "can-do" working attitude.</li> <li>Interpersonal: Strong communication skills to effectively coach and influence external partners.</li> </ul> </li> <li>Working Location <ul> <li>Great Bay Area / Multiple working locations and willing to travel within the Great Bay Area.</li> </ul> </li> </ul>
