Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and talented Assistant Product Manager to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Product Strategy: Define and Execute product strategies, roadmaps, and repositioning plans to drive brand growth and market share.
- Manage Campaigns & Awareness: Plan and implement patient awareness and digital marketing campaigns ensuring positive ROI and patient reach targets.
- Ensure Product Readiness: Coordinate product registrations, prepare promotional materials, and support product launches and events.
- Enable Sales Excellence: Conduct training sessions for sales teams, provide tools and materials, and monitor their performance against marketing objectives.
- Monitor Performance & KPIs: Track sales performance, ROI, and customer feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing and sales activities.
- Customer & Market Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with HCPs, conduct field visits, and address customer issues to sustain high satisfaction (NPS).
- Optimize Budgets: Manage branding expenses efficiently and contribute to achieving quarterly sales and profitability targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, Business, or related field; MBA or Marketing diploma preferred.
- 1-2 years in marketing or product management within the FMCG/pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong expertise in consumer "DTC" and HCP integrated campaigns, with proven marketing excellence
- Demonstrated success in launch readiness, brand building and consumer marketing capabilities
- Proficient in English with strong digital, strategic & innovation focus
