The Role

We have the exciting opportunity to join our Academy as Assistant Professional Development Phase Coach. Working alongside the Lead PDP Coach, the successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day delivery of the Under 18 training and games programme, with a strong focus on building relationships with the scholars in order to help them maximise their potential. The role will place an emphasis on working with individuals, supporting bespoke development plans for the U17 and U18 age groups and playing an active role as a member of the Under 18 MDT, An understanding of the world of professional football is beneficial.

The role will report into the Head of Academy Coaching, who will provide bespoke support on the needs of the coach for their own personal development.
