<p><strong>Qualifications & Experience of an </strong><strong>Assistant Property Manager</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Leasing, sales, and/or customer service experience desired.</li>
<li>Exceptional multi-tasking and communication skills, both oral and written.</li>
<li>Good understanding of basic accounting practices.</li>
<li>Entrata Core experience is a plus.</li>
<li>Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws is preferred.</li>
<li>Weekend availability is required.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Job Summary of an </strong><strong>Assistant Property Manager</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Providing in-person assistance and service to residents with regards to the payment of rent, fees, and other charges.</li>
<li>Coordinating leasing and resident activities.</li>
<li>Managing vendors.</li>
<li>Responsible for maintaining up-to-date resident files, managing delinquencies, and preparing and delivering legal and formal documents.</li>
<li>May occasionally assume responsibility for the community when the Property Manager is unavailable or absent.</li>
