<h2>Assistant Store Manager</h2>
<p><strong>About The Role:</strong></p>
<p>As the Assistant Store Manager, you are responsible for contributing to the store’s performance including talent initiatives, operational execution, visual standards, and customer experience.</p>
<p>Ideal candidates are individuals who are motivated, adaptable to change, coachable, and have a passion for our brand. </p>
<p><strong> </strong></p>
<p><strong>Your Day to Day May Include:</strong></p>
<p>Sales Leadership</p>
<ul>
<li>Support overall store performance and KPI’s</li>
<li>Serve as brand ambassador by showing passion for the brand, educating our customers on our history, and you are knowledgeable about our product and the industry as a whole</li>
<li>Experienced in creating effective action plans to maintain or improve performance</li>
<li>Knowledgeable in how to build new and repeat business through customer clienteling</li>
</ul>
<p>Training + Development</p>
<ul>
<li>Support recruiting, onboarding, and developing both internal and external talent</li>
<li>Effective in your communication style, and your messaging energizes and encourages others to want to work together</li>
<li>Enjoy leading through collaboration, encouraging the team to share ideas and opinions, fostering accountability and trust</li>
<li>Capable of clearly communicating new initiatives and goals in a timely and effective manner</li>
</ul>
<p>Customer Service</p>
<ul>
<li>Passionate about providing the best customer experience to purchasing and non-purchasing customers</li>
<li>Enjoy leading by example when setting the tone in how the team shows up each day in store and personal presentation</li>
<li>Capable of leading and coaching through return policies, while also prioritizing the overall customer experience</li>
<li>Quick to respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner, while being resolution oriented</li>
<li>Capable of leading execution of brand visual standards and updates</li>
</ul>
<p>Operations:</p>
<ul>
<li>Capable of executing daily store operations in a timely and efficient manner</li>
<li>Experienced in scheduling team members to the needs of the business and budget</li>
<li>Experienced in managing store inventory with a high level of detail and organization per SOPs</li>
<li>Willing and capable of leading opening / closing duties</li>
</ul>

<p>Minimum requirements:</p>
<ul>
<li>At least one year experience in a retail leadership position</li>
<li>Must be over the age of 18</li>
<li>Ability to lift or move at least 50 lbs</li>
<li>Ability to bend, squat, twist and reach</li>
<li>Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift</li>
<li>Ability to be flexible to the needs of the business, working nights, weekends, and holiday shifts</li>
<li>Ability to work full time hours, with open availability</li>
</ul>
