Your Mission: As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in driving the performance of your store and supporting the team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the Store Manager in the daily management and development of the business

• Leading, motivating and coaching the team to achieve and exceed sales targets

• Delivering an exceptional customer experience through an emotional and personalized sales approach to drive all KPIs

• Monitoring and analyzing sales performance to optimize store results

• Contributing actively to visual merchandising and ensuring the store’s attractiveness

• Implementing ongoing training programs to develop your team’s skills and nurture their passion for fashion
