About the role

What a typical day looks like...

  • Creating and maintaining client records in our client management system;
  • Coordinating agreed client services with your colleagues;
  • Managing applications for extensions of filing deadlines with the Tax Authorities;
  • Tracking the status and progress of tax returns and critical deadlines;
  • Proactively keeping the team informed about planning and priorities;
  • Reviewing outgoing correspondence for language quality, completeness and consistency;
  • Monitoring key deadlines and identifying potential bottlenecks;
  • And contributing wherever you can make a difference for the team.

What attributes make someone brilliant in this role…

  • You are a true team player: positive, responsible and committed;
  • Strong communication skills in Dutch and English, both spoken and written;
  • An MBO‑4 or HBO diploma;
  • 0–5 years of work experience in an administrative role;
  • Strong skills in prioritising, planning and organisation, even with multiple deadlines;
  • An accurate and quality‑focused working style;
  • A service‑oriented and client‑focused attitude;
  • Affinity with (international) tax compliance work is an advantage.
