About the role
- Oversee the monitoring, operation, and service restoration of Indoor Mobile and WiFi radio networks to meet agreed network KPIs and internal/external customer SLA requirements
- Develop and execute operational plans covering ECOs, corrective maintenance, preventive maintenance, and other network support activities
- Lead project management activities for Indoor Mobile and WiFi radio network rollout, revamp, expansion, and upgrade initiatives
- Conduct root cause analysis for network incidents, drive corrective actions, and implement preventive measures to avoid recurrence and improve network reliability
- Manage operational spending related to contractor support, spare parts inventory, and maintenance tools to ensure cost-effective operations
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, vendors, contractors, and service partners to ensure efficient delivery of operational and project objectives
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in Mobile and WiFi radio network engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within network operations and maintenance
- Solid understanding of Mobile and WiFi radio networks, including 3G, 4G, 5G, individual radio systems, MNO radio sharing systems, and WiFi architecture and standards
- Hands-on experience in Indoor Mobile and WiFi radio network planning and design is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to perform effective root cause analysis and drive continuous improvement
- Ability to work under pressure, respond effectively during service incidents, and make sound decisions in crisis situations
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to explain complex technical matters to non-technical audiences
