Assistant Vice President, Investment Product Manager, Consumer Banking Group

The Product Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle: design, 
regulatory compliance, pricing, customer value proposition, sales enablement, and 
performance monitoring.

Key Requirements

Product Development & Management

• Manage and grow bond-related activities for CBG customers in collaboration with 
  GFM and external service providers
• Own and manage the treasury product for enhanced return or hedging the exposure.
  Develop product strategy, pricing models, and customer value propositions in line with market dynamics.
• Ensure smooth execution of forward cover/hedging mechanisms for in partnership 
  with Treasury.
• Continuously monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor offerings to keep the product competitive.

Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with Treasury to design and structure solutions.
• Liaise with Compliance, Legal, and Risk teams to ensure adherence to RBI 
  guidelines, FEMA regulations, and internal policies.
• Enable and train Relationship Managers, NRI banking teams, and frontline staff to 
  market the product effectively

Customer & Business Focus

• Identify customer segments and design targeted campaigns to promote treasury 
  products cover.
• Improve customer acquisition, retention, and cross-sell opportunities.
  Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for treasury products in customer and partner 
  interactions.

Performance Management

• Monitor product performance across deposits mobilized, spreads, cover utilization, 
  and profitability.
• Provide regular MIS, analytics, and dashboards to senior management.
• Recommend tactical and strategic changes to drive business growth.
