Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Treasures Relationship Managers to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business targets
• Develop and implement strategies to grow the Treasures customer base and deepen relationships with existing clients
• Provide coaching and mentorship to team members, fostering their professional development and ensuring they are equipped to handle complex client needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on opportunities to enhance the Treasures proposition and customer experience
• Monitor team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to drive continuous enhancement
• Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Experience in a similar leadership role within the banking or financial services industry
• Proven track record of successfully managing and motivating a team to achieve ambitious targets
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively engage with clients and stakeholders
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills to identify and address complex client needs
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
