About the role
Organizar questões logísticas para instalações, manutenções e treinamentos em clientes;
Fazer o registro e arquivamento da documentação referente aos trabalhos realizados;
Manter atualizados os arquivos de registros de computadores e maletas dos técnicos;
Conferir e solicitar a documentação necessária para integrações em clientes (quando for realizado trabalho técnico);
Administrar ordens de serviço no sistema ERP;
Formalizar aos clientes o trabalho a ser realizado;
Separar e enviar documentos de registro das atividades.
