Business Function

Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

 

Responsibilities

• Respond to MO phone and email inquiries.
• Execute TT/RTGS/FX/ Time Deposit/ loan/payment transactions.
• Process same-party/third-party transfers.
• Monitor team emails.
• Conduct funds investigation follow-ups requested by  MO
• Coordinate audits sample
• Participate in UAT for system enhancements or bug fixes.
• Provide backup on the ac hoc support.

 

Requirements

• Experience in settlement, or investigations within the private banking industry.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using various banking systems and applications.
