You will get the unique opportunity to acquire or start new companies to expand our existing portfolio, or become Associate&nbsp;of an existing company within our portfolio.&nbsp;</p> <p>You will become part of an ambitious network and have a dedicated Board of Directors consisting of experienced founders, board members and CEOs that have started, acquired, built and exited various companies.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Your Responsibilities</strong></p> <p>As Associate, you will have the sole responsibility of building and growing your business. Specific tasks vary to the specific stage and company, and will include:</p> <ul> <li>Build a world-class organisation</li> <li>Build, lead, develop and motivate an exceptional team&nbsp;</li> <li>Define and execute strategies to drive results across all functions</li> <li>Recruit the right people and constantly develop the employee</li> <li>Be fully responsible for the P&amp;L and day-to-day operations</li> </ul> <p><strong>What do we expect from you</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong work ethic with a sense of urgency</li> <li>Exceptional drive and desire to be the best at what you do</li> <li>Proactive approach and sense of ownership/responsibility of everything you do</li> <li>A humble approach and share our passion for building companies and developing people</li> <li>Interested in continuous learning and proactively searching for ways to optimise</li> <li>Min. a bachelor or master degree with great results</li> <li>Top tier acedemics, maybe with an MBA</li> <li>3-7 years at a top tier consulting firm, investment bank, start up or company</li> </ul> <p><strong>Expected start date</strong></p> <p>We are hiring on a continuous basis.</p>
