<p style="margin: 0in; font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">We are seeking an Associate Attorney to join our Tallahassee team. This attorney will work across a diverse caseload, including premises liability, construction litigation, and general liability matters such as HOA claims and employment disputes. While prior insurance defense experience is not required, candidates must have with 2–3 years of litigation experience and strong writing skills.</span></p>

<li style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; vertical-align: middle; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Draft discovery, motions, and other legal documents; conduct document review and case triage.</span></li>
<li style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; vertical-align: middle; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Participate in depositions and motion practice early in your tenure.</span></li>
<li style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; vertical-align: middle; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Engage in trial preparation, with opportunities to attend trials.</span></li>
<li style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; vertical-align: middle; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Collaborate with senior attorneys on select files across multiple practice areas.</span></li>
<li style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; vertical-align: middle; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Manage deadlines and follow established processes and training protocols.</span></li>

<li style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; vertical-align: middle; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-weight: bold;">2–3 years of litigation experience</span> (complex litigation preferred).</span></li>
<li style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; vertical-align: middle; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Exceptional writing skills.</span></li>
<li style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; vertical-align: middle; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Ability to learn niche areas of law and adapt to varied practice areas.</span></li>
