About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory for the department.
- Being the main liaison with Production Rooms, Customer Services and Warehouse regarding orders, deliveries and stock holdings.
- Understanding, dealing with, and inputting of stock into stock management systems.
- Assist in monthly stock takes and ensure that all stock is counted and accounted for by month-end.
- Working closely with other digital team members to make sure that the team has the stock they need to fulfil customer orders daily.
- Double-check all incoming goods for quality and accuracy before receiving.
- Assisting with other production tasks when needed - we work as a team!
Our Perfect Match
- Is available 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday on a fixed-term basis.
- Experience in pick/packing is desired but not essential, and experience of handling stock in a retail or warehouse environment is preferred.
- Is physically capable of fulfilling the role, including standing for 38 hours per week, lifting, and performing manual tasks.
- Can complete tasks quickly and accurately.
- Systems-based stock management is preferred but not required.
- Adapts well to demanding workloads.
- Is open to a diverse workplace and loves to work with a team.
