About the role
- Verifying design compliance and managing handovers for new builds and refurbishment projects.
- Producing tender specifications and supporting tender execution processes.
- Interpreting biological analysis results and advising on corrective actions.
- Implementing electronic logging, reporting, and data management systems.
- Managing bespoke consultancy and water safety improvement projects.
- Supporting clients with regulatory compliance and best practice guidance.
- Delivering tailored training courses accredited by C&G and ILM.
- Degree educated Authorising Engineer (Water) / Senior Consultant with at least three years’ relevant experience.
- Experienced in delivering AE(W) services, particularly within NHS and healthcare environments.
- Strong knowledge of water safety, Legionella control, and waterborne pathogen risk management.
- Confident providing high-level consultancy advice and interpreting HTM guidance and legislation.
- Skilled in auditing, compliance assessment, and technical report writing.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a collaborative approach.
- Competitive base salary of £55,000
- On-target earnings (OTE) of £70,000
