You will also collaborate closely with Network Planning and Business Development to support network growth, optimize station infrastructure, and enable smooth, reliable execution across the region.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 24pt;"><strong data-renderer-mark="true">About the Role</strong></span></p> <ul> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10847"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Oversee legal requirements and obtain necessary authorizations and line concessions for planned routes in a timely manner</span></li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10847"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Build and maintain proactive communication with regulatory bodies to ensure all licenses for regular transport are secured and updated</span></li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10847"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Optimize stop and station infrastructure</span></li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10847"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Build and maintain strong relationships with bus station operators and business partners, specifically focusing on operations within Ukraine</span></li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10847"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Coordinate with infrastructure managers regarding settlements, schedule changes, and general administrative updates</span></li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10847"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Partner closely with Network Planning, Business Development, and global Authorization teams to design and deliver a high-quality route network</span></li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10847"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Provide tactical support to the Business Development Manager and contribute to various ongoing strategic project<br></span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 24pt;"><strong>About You</strong></span></p> <ul> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10944"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation, or Law</span></li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10944"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience</span></li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10944"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong knowledge of transportation legislation and passenger transport processes; experience handling official correspondence, permits, and related documentation</span></li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10944"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Fluent in English and Ukrainian</span></li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10944"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills</span></li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10944"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">High attention to detail and accuracy</span></li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10944"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ability to work independently and as a part of a team<br></span></li> </ul> <p style="line-height: 1.4;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">We recognize that everyone carries a unique set of valuable skills and experiences.
