<p style="margin: 0px;">The lead RBT is a critical leadership role within the RBT Rise Program, responsible for<br>supporting the clinic floor operations and the development of the RBT team. This role is designed<br>for experienced Lead RBTs, ready to transition into a leadership role that focuses on mentorship,<br>clinic organization, and team development. The lead RBT will not have a consistent<br>client case load and will ensure that RBTs receive the guidance, resources, and support needed to<br>deliver high-quality ABA services.</p>

<p style="margin: 0px;">• RBT Support and Training: Provide hands-on training, guidance, and mentorship to RBTs to<br>ensure they deliver behavior intervention plans effectively while maintaining clinical best<br>practices.<br>• Modeling Best Practices: Demonstrate effective clinical techniques, data collection<br>methods, and client interaction strategies to help RBTs enhance their skills.<br>• Facilitate Onboarding: Lead the onboarding of new RBTs, coordinating shadowing<br>sessions, and facilitating training modules to ensure a smooth transition into their roles.<br>• Training Support: Conduct designated training sessions (97153 and 97154) ensuring<br>consistency in clinical practices.</p>

<p style="margin: 0px;"><strong><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Clinical and Organizational Support</span></strong></p>
<p style="margin: 0px;"><br>• Clinic Organization: Ensure that the clinic is well-organized, clean, and conducive to a<br>productive work environment. Assist with clean-up and overall clinic maintenance<br>throughout the day.<br>• Team Support: Provide daily support to RBTs, ensuring they have the resources, guidance,<br>and assistance necessary to fulfill their responsibilities effectively.<br>• Break and Lunch Coverage: Fill in for RBTs during breaks and lunches, as needed, to<br>maintain clinic operations without disruption to client services.</p>
<p style="margin: 0px;"><br><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>RBT Mentorship</strong></span></p>
<p style="margin: 0px;"> </p>
<p style="margin: 0px;">• Mentorship Role: Act as a mentor to the RBT team, fostering professional growth through<br>feedback, coaching, and hands-on guidance.<br>• Performance Evaluation Assistance: Collaborate with the Lead BCBA to provide feedback<br>during RBT evaluations, assisting in identifying areas for improvement and recognizing<br>achievements.<br>• Leadership Development: Help identify and develop future RBT leaders by mentoring highpotential team members and offering leadership development opportunities.<br>Recruitment, Shadowing, and Onboarding:<br>• RBT Shadowing: Oversee shadowing sessions for new and current RBTs to ensure they are<br>learning and applying best practices in a clinical setting.<br>• Onboarding Process: Lead the onboarding experience for new RBT hires, ensuring they are<br>equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed in their roles.<br>• Interviewing and Hiring: Participate in the RBT recruitment process by conducting<br>interviews, evaluating candidates, and making hiring recommendations based on<br>organizational needs and cultural fit.</p>
<p style="margin: 0px;"><br><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Care Delivery Support</strong></span></p>
<p style="margin: 0px;"><br>• Support in Clinic Care: While not scheduled for direct client care or dosage, the RBT Floor<br>Supervisor plays a critical role in supporting the overall care delivery process by ensuring<br>clinic operations run smoothly and that RBTs have the support they need.</p>

<p style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt; color: #003d4c;"><span style="color: #722257;"><strong>We're Looking for Someone With:</strong></span></span></p>
<p style="margin: 0px;"><br>• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Lead RBT in good standing or previous experience<br>and demonstrated competency.<br>• Bachelor’s degree in psychology or early childhood education preferred. Exceptions may<br>be made based on years of experience as an RBT and tenure with HHF.<br>• Strong organizational and communication skills.<br>• Ability to lead, mentor, and guide a team while maintaining high clinical standards and<br>promoting professional growth.</p>
