Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored one-to-one support for a pupil with autism.
- Assist the class teacher in managing the learning environment.
- Help the student develop social and communication skills.
- Monitor and report on progress to the SENCo.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Experience working with students with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
- Strong communication and behaviour management skills.
- A clear DBS check.
