Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 support for students with autism in the classroom and during activities.
- Assist with the development and implementation of individual education plans (IEPs).
- Support social integration and promote positive interactions among peers.
- Collaborate with teachers and SEN staff to adapt learning materials and strategies.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Experience working with students with autism or similar special educational needs.
- A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to supporting students.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- DBS check required.
