The core of this role is to ensure a successful system launch, maximize operational efficiency, and secure long-term stability. Key responsibilities include applying "lessons learned" from existing equipment data to optimize the design of the new system. You will manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, from manufacturing to final stabilization, overseeing the schedule, budget, and risks while leading collaboration between internal and external teams. Post-launch, you will conduct real-time analysis of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) like uptime and sorting accuracy to develop and execute data-driven improvement plans. This also involves working closely with on-site teams to enhance operational processes and strengthen their capabilities. Finally, you will establish a systematic, preventative maintenance program focused on proactive care rather than reactive repairs. This includes creating inspection schedules, managing spare parts, and developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for rapid issue resolution to minimize downtime.
