This role is responsible for performing a range of undercar services including oil changes, tire services, brake repair and replacement, and suspension work. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, detail-oriented, and has experience in automotive repair and maintenance.</p> <div><span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">Key Responsibilities</span></div> <ul data-processed="true" data-sfc-root="c"> <li><span>Diagnostics:</span><span>&nbsp;Using computer-based diagnostic tools to identify electrical issues in vehicles.</span></li> <li><span>Repair &amp; Replacement:</span><span>&nbsp;Fixing or replacing wiring, alternators, starters, batteries, and lighting systems.</span></li> <li> <div>System Installation:&nbsp;Installing new electrical components, such as GPS units, beacon/strobe light.</div> </li> <li><span>Circuit Analysis:</span><span>&nbsp;Interpreting technical wiring diagrams and schematics to trace and fix circuit issues.</span> <div>&nbsp;</div> </li> <li> <div>Preventative Maintenance: Performing routine checks on electrical systems to ensure safety and performance</div> </li> </ul> <div>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications</div> <ul data-processed="true" data-sfc-root="c"> <li><span>Technical Knowledge:</span><span>&nbsp;Strong understanding of automotive electrical systems, computerized systems, and circuit boards.</span></li> <li><span>Diagnostic Tools:</span><span>&nbsp;Proficiency with scan tools, multi-meters, and other diagnostic equipment.</span></li> <li><span>Analytical Skills:</span><span>&nbsp;Ability to troubleshoot complex electrical problems.</span></li> <li> <div>Certifications:&nbsp;Often require a high school diploma, plus specialized vocational training or apprenticeship in automotive electricity.
