Ron Bouchard’s Auto Stores is hiring a high-energy, results-driven Automotive Business Development Representative (BDC Agent) to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for individuals with experience in customer service, call centers, internet sales, or appointment setting who are looking to build a career in the automotive sales industry.

We are currently seeking candidates for both opening and closing shifts!

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle high-volume inbound and outbound leads via phone, email, and text
  • Respond to internet sales inquiries quickly and professionally
  • Set and confirm sales appointments and test drives
  • Follow up with unsold prospects and active leads to drive conversions
  • Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact to showroom visit
  • Communicate effectively with sales managers regarding lead activity and customer needs
  • Consistently meet or exceed appointment-setting and conversion goals

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong background in customer service, BDC, call center, or inside sales
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills (phone, email, text)
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude with a goal-oriented and team-focused mindset
  • Sales or automotive experience is a plus, but not required
