The right candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and committed to delivering a high level of client satisfaction.</span></p> <p><em><strong><span style="font-size: 12pt;">If you are motivated, professional, and passionate about the automotive service experience, we encourage you to apply.</span></strong></em></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Responsibilities</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">The Service Advisor is responsible for ensuring an exemplary experience for the service customer by providing a prompt and friendly greeting, listening to their description of problems or services needed, preparing repair orders and being proactive, accurate and thorough in communication. </span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">The Service Advisors serves as a liaison between customer and technician ensuring the customer’s needs are understood by the technician and the recommended service and/or repairs are understood by the customer.<strong>&nbsp;</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Prepare accurate Repair Orders showing time, cost and labor estimates, verifying warranty and service contracts and reviewing with clients.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Promote the sale of labor, parts and accessories by providing explanation of estimates and obtaining approval for work that is sold.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Follow the progress of service repairs and provide customers with timely updates.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ensure high levels of customer service and retention by promptly addressing and resolving customer complaints. </span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Take ownership of the customer's experience by completing extra tasks that contribute to leaving a positive impression at the dealership.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>Qualifications</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Preferred: </strong>2–3 years of dealership experience preferred, with at least 1 year as a Service Advisor a plus; not required as we are willing to train a motivated candidate for this role.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Required:</strong> Exceptional customer service skills, strong relationship-building ability, and a sales-oriented mindset are required.<br></span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Dedication to delivering exceptional customer service.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.&nbsp;</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Compensation</strong>&nbsp;</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">The estimated annual earnings for this position are $35,152.00 - $150,000.00 after factoring in all forms of compensation including hourly pay, commission, overtime, etc.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Employees in this position will primarily be paid commissions based on performance but will also be paid minimum wage for non-sales work and for rest periods.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><em>Please keep in mind that this range may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.&nbsp;</em></span></p><div class="content-conclusion"><div> <div><strong><u>Benefits</u></strong></div> <ul> <li>Medical, Dental and Vision Plans</li> <li>Short and Long-Term Disability</li> <li>Paid Holidays &amp; Paid Time Off&nbsp;</li> <li>Paid Life Insurance</li> <li>401(k) Retirement Plan&nbsp;</li> <li>Employee Assistance Plan&nbsp;</li> <li>Paid Training&nbsp;</li> </ul> </div> <div> <p><strong>Hiring Requirements </strong></p> <ul> <li>18 years or older required</li> <li>All potential employees must pass pre-employment testing including a background check and drug screen</li> </ul> <p><a href="https://www.lacarguy.com/privacy.htm" target="_blank">Privacy Policy</a></p> </div></div>
