As a Service Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer service. Customer Interaction:</div> <div>&nbsp; &nbsp;- Greet customers and provide a warm, friendly, and professional atmosphere.</div> <div>&nbsp; &nbsp;- Act as the main point of contact for customers, understanding their concerns and requirements.</div> <div>&nbsp; &nbsp;- Listen actively to customer concerns, document them accurately, and communicate them effectively to the service technicians.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>2. Service Coordination:</div> <div>&nbsp; &nbsp;- Schedule and confirm service appointments, ensuring efficient use of technicians' time and resources.</div> <div>&nbsp; &nbsp;- Consult with customers to gather necessary information, including vehicle history, symptoms, and requested services.</div> <div>&nbsp; &nbsp;- Advise customers on appropriate services, maintenance schedules, and required repairs based on manufacturer recommendations and guidelines.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>3. Cost Estimation and Approval:</div> <div>&nbsp; &nbsp;- Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for parts, labor, and additional services required.</div> <div>&nbsp; &nbsp;- Explain cost estimates to customers, providing clear and understandable explanations.</div> <div>&nbsp; &nbsp;- Obtain customer approval for repairs, ensuring transparency and consent throughout the process.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>4. Repair Order Management:</div> <div>&nbsp; &nbsp;- Create and manage repair orders, documenting all services performed, parts used, and additional recommendations.</div> <div>&nbsp; &nbsp;- Maintain accurate and up-to-date service records for each customer and vehicle, ensuring compliance with dealership and legal requirements.</div> <div>&nbsp; &nbsp;- Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance tasks.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>5.
