<div>As the General Manager of our automotive shop, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our operations, ensuring smooth workflow, and delivering outstanding customer service. You will play a vital role in leading our team, achieving business goals, and maintaining our commitment to excellence.</div>

<div>Responsibilities:</div>
<div>1. Provide strong leadership, guidance, and support to our team, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork.</div>
<div>2. Develop and implement effective business strategies to drive sales, increase profitability, and expand our customer base.</div>
<div>3. Oversee day-to-day operations, including workflow management, resource allocation, and inventory control.</div>
<div>4. Ensure exceptional customer service by maintaining high-quality standards, resolving customer issues, and handling complaints in a timely and professional manner.</div>
<div>5. Recruit, train, and supervise staff members, conduct performance evaluations, and promote professional development.</div>
<div>6. Monitor financial performance, create budgets, control costs, and analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.</div>
<div>7. Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our shop's services, collaborating with the marketing team as needed.</div>
<div>8. Implement and maintain quality control measures, ensuring adherence to industry regulations and safety standards.</div>
<div>9. Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of parts and materials.</div>
<div>10. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, implement safety protocols, and maintain a safe working environment.</div>

<div>Qualifications:</div>
<div>1. Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role within the automotive industry.</div>
<div>2. In-depth knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance processes, industry trends, and best practices.</div>
<div>3. Strong business acumen with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.</div>
<div>4. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.</div>
