<li>We are seeking an experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Requirements Engineering with strong expertise across key automotive domains.</li>
<li>This role will drive high-quality requirements definition, analysis, and validation while collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams.</li>
</ul>

<li>Thermal Systems</li>
<li>Access / Start / Operator Functions</li>
<li>Cabin & Visibility</li>
<li>Infotainment & Connectivity</li>
<li>Driving Assistance & Chassis</li>
<li>Active Safety, Warnings & Parking</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Lead requirements development, analysis, and management across multiple automotive domains</li>
<li>Ensure requirements are clear, testable, and aligned with system and business needs</li>
<li>Collaborate with system, software, and validation teams throughout the product lifecycle</li>
<li>Support impact analysis, change management, and traceability</li>
<li>Drive best practices in requirements engineering and mentor junior engineers</li>
<li>Interface with stakeholders to clarify technical expectations and resolve gaps</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Automotive, Electrical, Systems, Mechanical, or related field)</li>
<li>Extensive experience in Requirements Engineering within the automotive industry</li>
<li>Strong understanding of vehicle systems and architecture</li>
<li>Experience with requirements management tools (e.g., DOORS, Polarion, Jama, etc.)</li>
<li>Familiarity with ASPICE, ISO 26262, or other automotive standards is preferred</li>
<li>Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills</li>
</ul>
