ERS ELITE is partnering with a high-volume, professionally managed union automotive dealership in Staten Island, NY to hire skilled C-Level Automotive Technicians. This role is ideal for technicians who are strong in mechanical repair and diagnostics and are continuing to grow toward B-Level capability.
This is a full-time, on-site position offering competitive union compensation, consistent workflow, and long-term stability.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform mechanical repairs including brakes, suspension, steering, and engine components
- Assist with diagnostic work on drivability and electrical concerns
- Accurately document repairs and inspections in digital repair orders
- Follow OEM and dealership repair procedures
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Participate in training to continue technical development
Requirements
- C-Level automotive technician skill set
- 1–3 years of automotive or mechanical experience
- Basic understanding of vehicle systems and repair procedures
- Willingness to learn and grow technically
- Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
