We’re currently looking for a <strong>Lead Automotive Technician</strong> to join our high-performing, fast-paced team and help us continue raising the bar.</p>
<p><strong>Compensation: </strong></p>
<p>$80,000-$100,000 annually, depending on experience</p>
<p><strong>Job Summary: </strong></p>
<p>As our Lead Automotive Technician, you’ll be the go-to expert in diagnostics and repairs, leading<strong> by example and mentoring</strong> a team of skilled technicians. You’ll play a key role in ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and top-quality service in every job we do.</p>
<p><strong>Your responsibilities will include:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Performing advanced diagnostics and repairs on various makes and models</li>
<li>Leading and mentoring a team of technicians; assigning tasks and ensuring deadlines are met</li>
<li>Collaborating with Service Advisors to build accurate estimates</li>
<li>Keeping up with evolving auto tech, tools, and safety standards</li>
<li>Maintaining clean and organized workspaces and repair documentation</li>
<li>Creating a great customer experience by clearly explaining services and repairs</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>5+ years</strong> of automotive repair experience (diagnostic experience required)</li>
<li>Proven leadership/mentorship experience in a shop environment</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and engine systems</li>
<li>Proficient with diagnostic tools and shop software</li>
<li>Excellent communication and organizational skills</li>
<li>A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record</li>
<li>ASE certifications are a <strong>plus</strong></li>
</ul>
