In this role, you will collaborate with clients, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure projects are completed <strong data-start="699" data-end="763">on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards</strong>.</p> <h3 data-start="768" data-end="799"><strong data-start="772" data-end="797">Key Responsibilities:</strong></h3> <h4 data-start="801" data-end="841"><strong data-start="806" data-end="839">Project Planning &amp; Execution:</strong></h4> <ul data-start="842" data-end="1134"> <li data-start="842" data-end="944">Work closely with clients and internal teams to define <strong data-start="899" data-end="941">project scope, goals, and deliverables</strong>.</li> <li data-start="945" data-end="1035">Develop <strong data-start="955" data-end="1005">detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets</strong> to guide project execution.</li> <li data-start="1036" data-end="1134">Ensure timely procurement and deployment of necessary <strong data-start="1092" data-end="1131">equipment, materials, and personnel</strong>.</li> </ul> <h4 data-start="1136" data-end="1174"><strong data-start="1141" data-end="1172">Resource &amp; Team Management:</strong></h4> <ul data-start="1175" data-end="1446"> <li data-start="1175" data-end="1280">Allocate <strong data-start="1186" data-end="1211">resources efficiently</strong>, ensuring teams have the tools and information needed for success.</li> <li data-start="1281" data-end="1365">Lead and motivate project teams, fostering <strong data-start="1326" data-end="1362">collaboration and accountability</strong>.</li> <li data-start="1366" data-end="1446">Provide ongoing support, coaching, and performance feedback to team members.</li> </ul> <h4 data-start="1448" data-end="1494"><strong data-start="1453" data-end="1492">Client &amp; Stakeholder Communication:</strong></h4> <ul data-start="1495" data-end="1761"> <li data-start="1495" data-end="1586">Serve as the <strong data-start="1510" data-end="1538">primary point of contact</strong> for clients throughout the project lifecycle.</li> <li data-start="1587" data-end="1682">Provide <strong data-start="1597" data-end="1623">regular status updates</strong>, manage expectations, and address inquiries proactively.</li> <li data-start="1683" data-end="1761">Build and maintain <strong data-start="1704" data-end="1728">strong relationships</strong> with clients and stakeholders.</li> </ul> <h4 data-start="1763" data-end="1808"><strong data-start="1768" data-end="1806">Quality Control &amp; Risk Management:</strong></h4> <ul data-start="1809" data-end="2083"> <li data-start="1809" data-end="1910">Oversee the <strong data-start="1823" data-end="1855">installation and integration</strong> of AV systems, ensuring they meet quality standards.</li> <li data-start="1911" data-end="1996">Conduct thorough <strong data-start="1930" data-end="1961">testing and troubleshooting</strong> to resolve any technical issues.</li> <li data-start="1997" data-end="2083">Identify <strong data-start="2008" data-end="2027">potential risks</strong> early and implement contingency plans when necessary.</li> </ul> <h4 data-start="2085" data-end="2116"><strong data-start="2090" data-end="2114">Financial Oversight:</strong></h4> <ul data-start="2117" data-end="2278"> <li data-start="2117" data-end="2190">Manage project <strong data-start="2134" data-end="2187">budgets, cost tracking, and financial forecasting</strong>.</li> <li data-start="2191" data-end="2278">Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising <strong data-start="2249" data-end="2275">quality or performance</strong>.</li> </ul> <h3 data-start="2280" data-end="2305"><strong data-start="2284" data-end="2303">Qualifications:</strong></h3> <ul> <li data-start="2306" data-end="2844"><strong data-start="2308" data-end="2329">Bachelor’s degree</strong> in Project Management, Business, or a related field.</li> <li data-start="2306" data-end="2844">Proven experience managing <strong data-start="2414" data-end="2442">AV or technical projects</strong>, delivering <strong data-start="2455" data-end="2484">on time and within budget</strong>.</li> <li data-start="2306" data-end="2844">&nbsp;Strong knowledge of <strong data-start="2510" data-end="2563">AV systems, equipment, and installation processes</strong> (preferred).</li> <li data-start="2306" data-end="2844">&nbsp;Excellent <strong data-start="2591" data-end="2641">leadership, communication, and problem-solving</strong> skills.</li> <li data-start="2306" data-end="2844">&nbsp;Proficiency in <strong data-start="2669" data-end="2700">project management software</strong></li> <li data-start="2306" data-end="2844">&nbsp;Ability to <strong data-start="2760" data-end="2798">thrive in a fast-paced environment</strong>, managing multiple projects simultaneously.</li> </ul> <p>#INDNAMER&nbsp;</p> </div>
