This role requires strong technical expertise in diagnosing and resolving complex issues such as equipment failures, physical malfunctions, and software configuration problems, while maintaining a calm, professional, and customer‑focused approach.</div> <div class="paragraph-in-scc-markdown-text ___1ngh792 ftgm304 f1iaxwol">You will manage and document support activity through ticketing platforms, ensuring accurate tracking, communication, and timely resolution.
