This role focuses on break/fix support, basic troubleshooting, and maintaining reliable AV system performance. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in AV support, a practical approach to problem-solving, and excellent communication skills with the ability to work in a client-facing environment while managing tickets and documenting work clearly.<strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Provide break/fix support for AV systems in meeting rooms, conference spaces, and office areas</li> <li>Troubleshoot basic to intermediate issues with audio, video, and conferencing platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams)</li> <li>Respond to and update support tickets in line with agreed SLAs, escalating issues when required</li> <li>Support end users with common AV and basic IT issues (e.g., connectivity, device setup)</li> <li>Assist with routine checks, minor configuration changes, and simple system maintenance</li> <li>Support basic IT tasks such as device setup, imaging, and peripheral troubleshooting (e.g., laptops, printers)&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:</strong></p> <p></p> <div id="page-1" class="_kqswh2mm _bfhku67f _18u01wug _2hwx1wug" data-testid="page-0"> <ul> <li>1–3 years of experience in AV or IT support</li> <li>Basic knowledge of AV systems, video conferencing, and end-user technology</li> <li>Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills</li> <li>Comfortable working in a client-facing environment</li> <li>Ability to manage and update tickets clearly and accurately</li> <li>Good communication skills and a reliable, team-oriented approach</li> </ul> </div> <p></p> <p><strong>DESIRABLE CRITERIA:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience with common AV platforms (Zoom Rooms, Microsoft Teams Rooms) is a plus</li> <li>Exposure to tools like Crestron or Extron is beneficial but not required</li> <li>Some physical work may be required (e.g., moving equipment, room setup)</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><em>The EOS pay range for this job is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
