You troubleshoot with first principles, communicate clearly across teams, and take pride in the rigor that flight hardware demands. You respect procedure and aren't afraid to improve it.  Required Qualifications  <ul> <li>3–5+ years of experience in integration, test, or systems-focused engineering with a strong electrical focus </li> <li>Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or closely related ABET-accredited engineering discipline </li> <li>Deep understanding of circuit components, digital/analog electronics, power supplies, and avionics architectures </li> <li>Experience writing and executing electrical test procedures for subsystem and system-level hardware </li> <li>Proficiency with electrical test equipment including DMMs, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and logic analyzers </li> <li>Experience with scripting or automation tools for test execution and data collection </li> <li>Ability to interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and interface control documents </li> <li>Strong problem-solving skills using first-principles and systematic troubleshooting </li> <li>Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities </li> <li>Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work around large hardware </li> </ul> Bonus Points For  <ul> <li>Experience with spacecraft, launch vehicles, or other high-reliability aerospace systems </li> <li>Familiarity with environmental testing including thermal, vibration, shock, and EMI/EMC </li> <li>Experience with EGSE design, cable harness integration, or specialized test rack build-up </li> <li>Knowledge of avionics architectures, bus protocols (Ethernet, RS422, CAN, etc.), and flight software interfaces </li> <li>Experience in SIL and HITL test setups </li> <li>Experience developing work instructions or supporting technicians during integration  <ul> <li>Background in safety-critical or configuration-controlled environments </li> </ul> </li> </ul> Compensation and Benefits Your level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the considerations of job-related knowledge and skills, education, and direct experience.
