About the role

<h2><strong>Job Summary:&nbsp;</strong></h2> <p>The AVP/VP Consulting will champion long-term client value by stewarding trusted partnerships with C-suite executives and steering complex programs to success through strategic governance. They will lead and mentor a high-performing team of Program Directors, orchestrating cross-functional collaboration with Sales and Product to mitigate churn, drive account expansion, and refine consulting methodologies. This role combines operational rigor with hands-on leadership, requiring a strong on-site presence to ensure seamless software adoption and measurable business outcomes.</p> <h2><strong>Your Day-to-Day:</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Manage client relationships at the executive level (CIO/GBS leaders/CFO)</li> <li>Partner with client executives, global process owners and internal stakeholders to align on expected value and means, and to measure it on a continuous basis</li> <li>Collaborate with the Program Directors to ensure they are building strong relationships at mid-management levels</li> <li>Ensure monthly steering committee meets are executed with clients in collaboration with program directors</li> <li>Partner with sales to proactively plan for growth, hiring, and contract reviews</li> <li>Proactively manage churn by proactively identifying risks and helping Program Managers develop mitigation plans&nbsp;</li> <li>Collaborate with Product Management on segment specific solutions</li> <li>Be the people manager for Program Directors by providing onboarding support, regular check-ins, coaching, feedback, and guidance, and leading formal employee performance reviews</li> <li>Help to build and improve training methodologies and the tools needed for Consulting success</li> <li>Manage deliverables to achieve deadlines across multiple projects and clients</li> <li>Travel on-site to teach the client how to use our SaaS system and facilitate testing (up to 50% travel)</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h2><strong>What You'll Need to be Successful:</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree preferred</li> <li>10-15+ years of professional services in technology led consulting business</li> <li>Experience in building and managing consulting best practices</li> <li>Proven track record of developing C-suite level relationships</li> <li>Experience managing and developing high performing teams</li> <li>Strong understanding of accounting and financial concepts, such as, Order-to-Cash business processes including Cash application, Collections, Deductions, and Financial Reporting</li> <li>Strong stakeholder management skills in win-win solutioning and negotiations</li> <li>Strong presentation and facilitation skills with small and large groups</li> <li>Ability to influence, manage change in scope to drive standardization&nbsp;</li> <li>High organization and prioritization skills</li> <li>Anticipate project risk and constraints and implement appropriate solutions, delegating as appropriate</li> <li>Building strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, working cross-functionally throughout the organization</li> <li>Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills</li> <li>Willingness to constantly learn, fail, fix, and grow</li> </ul>
