References to KKR’s investments may include the activities of its sponsored funds and insurance subsidiaries.</p></div><p><strong><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">POSITION OVERVIEW</span></strong></p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Global Atlantic’s Corporate Actuarial Team is seeking a dynamic and collaborative leader to support and enhance our cash flow testing for multiple insurance entities.<strong> </strong><strong>&nbsp;</strong>This role will be a part of a small team responsible for the quarterly execution, analysis, and reporting of Cash Flow Testing and C3P1 capital results. The position will partner closely with Investments, Risk, Finance, Actuarial Modeling, and Technology teams to ensure high-quality production, strong governance, and meaningful management insights. The role is on the Appointed Actuary’s team.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Key responsibilities include:</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Support quarterly statutory Cash Flow Testing and C3P1 capital production.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Maintain and enhance end-to-end CFT production process, including data validation, model execution, results review, attribution analysis, and management reporting. Develop and build of new processes as applicable.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Maintain and enhance governance, documentation, and controls related to the CFT process. Develop and build new controls as applicable.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Collaborate with Actuarial Modeling and Production teams to ensure models are maintained, controlled, and enhanced appropriately for CFT and C3P1 use.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Collaborate with Investments and Risk teams to ensure asset assumptions and ALM strategies are appropriately reflected in projections.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Perform review and challenge of model results to ensure accuracy, reasonableness, and regulatory compliance.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Perform preparation of year-end statutory filings related to Cash Flow Testing in accordance with the Actuarial Guidelines, the Valuation Manual, and the Actuarial Standards of Practice.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Support internal and external audit activities and regulatory inquiries.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Contribute to process improvements, automation efforts, and reporting enhancements, including development of data visualization tools.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Present results and insights to actuarial leadership and cross-functional partners.</span></li> </ul> <p><strong><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">QUALIFICATIONS</span></strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Education and experience equivalent to a four-year college degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, finance, or other related field is required.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">FSA or near-FSA with 8+ years of experience in the life/annuity insurance industry is preferred.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Direct experience with MG ALFA or other actuarial valuation / projection software is preferred.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Experience with assets modeling and ALM concepts preferred.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Experience with database, PowerBI or other data visualization tool is a plus.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Demonstrated high competency to solve complex calculations and dive into technical details.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Understanding of the U.S. Statutory framework and cash flow testing requirements.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Strong analytical and technical skills; experience with Annuities a strong plus.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Project management or leadership experience a strong plus.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Ownership mindset, think out-of-the-box and self-motivated.</span></li> </ul> <p>This is the expected annual base salary range for this Boston-based position.
