You’ll interpret Government Regulations and DBS Group Digital Security Guidelines, then turn them into actionable governance frameworks that enable compliant innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Research and interpret regulatory and digital governance requirements.

- Assess existing digital channel services for compliance gaps and improvement areas.

- Translate frameworks into practical, implementable standards.

- Partner with Compliance, Risk, Legal, Cyber Security and Technology teams on policy alignment and build scalable, compliant, and customer-centric solutions

- Provide regulatory insights and strategic recommendations to management.

Requirements:

- Strong understanding of digital security and governance.

- Ability to simplify complex governance concepts into practical solutions.

- Strategic thinker with excellent cross-functional communication.

- Fluent in English and Mandarin.

Ideal Candidate:

5+ years in digital banking, regulatory strategy, risk control, or compliance.
