As an Investment Product Manager, you will leverage your expertise to develop and manage a suite of innovative investment products, catering to the diverse needs of our high-net-worth clients. Job Description:

- Develop and manage the product strategy and roadmap for investment products, including mutual funds, ETFs, structured products, and alternative investments within the Consumer Banking Group.

- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to identify opportunities and unmet needs.

- Define and prioritize product features and functionalities based on customer needs and business objectives.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (technology, marketing, legal, compliance, operations) to bring new products and features to market.

- Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization.

- Monitor product performance, analyze key metrics, and identify areas for improvement.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

- Develop and deliver product training to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably within the financial services industry.

- Strong understanding of investment/ treasury products and markets.

- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing financial products.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

- Project management experience is a plus.
