Business Function

Corporate and Investment Banking provides corporate customers with a full range of commercial banking products and services, including cash management services, current accounts, time deposits, trade finance, working capital finance, term loans and foreign exchange. Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of mid-cap corporate clients, providing comprehensive financial solutions and advisory services to support their business growth and success
  • Proactively identify and understand clients' needs, challenges, and objectives, and develop tailored strategies to address them
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including credit, product, and support units, to deliver seamless and efficient client experiences
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty through regular communication and exceptional service
  • Actively monitor and manage the performance of the client portfolio, ensuring adherence to risk management policies and procedures
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies and initiatives to drive growth and profitability

Requirements

  • Have experience in a similar role within the banking or financial services industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex financial information and provide tailored solutions
  • Proficient in using various financial analysis tools and software
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and cross-selling objectives
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Commitment to providing exceptional client service and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism
