AVP/SA, Advisory Trade Specialist, Private Banking, Consumer Banking Group

Responsibilities

• Support non-tagged PB & TPC client accounts by handling investment transaction requests accurately and efficiently
• Provide coverage for Investment Counsellors during their absence, ensuring seamless continuity of client service.
• Collaborate closely with Front Office stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate execution of client instructions
• Provide indicative pricing and support for structured products
• Conduct pre-trade checks and ensure all documentation and regulatory requirements are fulfilled prior to trade execution
• Communicate product features and risk disclosures to clients, where required, in line with approved communication guidelines
• Facilitate order placement and coordinate end-to-end execution workflows in compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Identify opportunities to enhance workflows and contribute to operational efficiency improvements
• Support ad hoc tasks, projects, and initiatives as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related discipline
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in financial markets, dealing, or portfolio advisory
• Strong understanding of and keen interest in financial and investment markets
• Solid knowledge across multiple asset classes, including FX, Equities, Fixed Income, OTC derivatives, Structured Products, Funds, and Private Equity
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive requests in a fast-paced environment
• CACS Paper 1 & 2 is required for the role
