Job Description AVP, Business Management, Customer Segment Management

Division: Consumer Banking Group, Taiwan

Location: Taiwan

Reporting to: SVP, Team Head, Affluent & High Net Worth (HNW) Segment

Responsibilities

  1. Segment Strategy & Planning
  • Support formulation and refinement of segment strategies.
  • Translate Strategic priorities into actionable business plans and initiatives.
  • Identify growth opportunities across customer lifecycle (acquisition, deepening, retention)
  1. Business performance Management
    • Monitor and track key performance metrics e.g. # of clients across segment, # of qualified clients across segment, NTB, AUM, revenue .etc.
    • Prepare regular business reviews material and management reports.
    • Analyze performance gaps and propose actionable improvements.
  2. Campaign & initiatives Execution
  • Liaise with stakeholder to drive end-to-end execution of segment campaign/initiatives e.g. NTB initiatives, NNM campaign .etc.
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales teams to ensure effective rollout.
  • Track campaign effectiveness.
  1. Customer Proposition & Journey Enhancement
  • Support development of differentiated value propositions across segments
  • To assist the enhancement of client journey including onboarding investment experience and servicing model.
  • Work with Digital team on platform and online experience improvements.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of experience in Wealth Management, Retail Banking, Private Banking is required.
  • Experience in business management, strategy, or sales support function is preferred.
  • Familiar with segment business models (Affluent/HNW) is preferred.
  • Understanding of investment products and wealth solutions is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong execution capability with attention to details.
