Responsibilities

- Develop and execute digital product strategies for consumer banking products, including payment, remittance, and other banking offerings

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and launch innovative digital products that enhance the customer experience

- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new digital initiatives

- Manage the product lifecycle, including roadmap planning, feature prioritization, and performance tracking

- Communicate product vision, roadmap, and progress to stakeholders, including senior management

- Work independently with a strategic mindset to drive digital transformation initiatives

- Demonstrate strong presentation and communication skills to effectively convey product concepts and recommendations

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital product management, with a focus on retail banking products

- Proven track record of delivering successful digital products and driving product innovation

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

- Strong understanding of digital technologies, user experience, and agile development methodologies

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including technology, design, and business stakeholders

- Demonstrated experience in managing product roadmaps and driving product strategy

- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
