About the role

Global Transaction Services (GTS) comprises of Cash & Trade, Securities Services and Fiduciary Services. In an increasingly borderless world marked by burgeoning trade flow, expertise in trade finance services is an invaluable asset. With cash the lifeblood of every company, so too, is a good understanding of how to manage these cashflows. Trade Finance, together with Cash Management, is the mainstay of GTS, and is extended to SME and corporate clients for their local and cross-border financial transaction needs.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a sales team of 9-12 members, ensuring the achievement of business targets and KPIs, while maintaining strong team discipline and operational standards.
Lead and coach the team to proactively identify and assess potential SMB clients in the target market, expanding business opportunities and accelerating client acquisition growth.
Develop and present compelling sales proposals tailored to clients’ needs.
Build and strengthen long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless client experience.
Consistently achieve and exceed team sales targets and performance goal.
Participate in industry events and conferences to expand networks and enhance brand visibility.
Stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in the payment industry.
Qualifications

Proven sales and sales team management experience, with a strong back ground in consumer banking / B2B business development preferred.
Familiarity with various international trade, e-commerce transaction, and cross-board payment models is a plus.
Goal-oriented, Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to establish and maintain strong client relationships.
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
At least three years of sales experience.
