Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Relationship Managers to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business targets
• Develop and implement strategies to grow the Treasures customer base and deepen relationships with existing clients
• Provide guidance and coaching to team members to enhance their skills and performance
• Collaborate with other teams within the Consumer Banking Group to identify cross-selling opportunities and deliver integrated solutions to clients
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to develop innovative products and services
• Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Have experience in a similar role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders
• Proficient in data analysis and financial modeling to drive informed decision-making
• Demonstrated track record of achieving sales and business targets
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs
