Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Relationship Managers to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business targets
• Develop and implement strategies to grow the Treasures customer base and deepen relationships with existing clients
• Provide guidance and coaching to the team to enhance their skills and knowledge in wealth management and client servicing
• Collaborate with other teams within the Consumer Banking Group to ensure seamless cross-functional coordination and delivery
• Monitor team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed
• Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry, with at least 3 years in a team leadership role
• Strong understanding of wealth management products and services, and the ability to provide comprehensive financial solutions to high-net-worth clients
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Proven track record of leading and motivating a team to achieve business objectives
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting to drive informed decision-making
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
